Branding Initiative
Johnson & Johnson turned to Observatory Group to develop the brand identity and positioning for its new medical device company, Indigo Medical. The comprehensive branding initiative developed by Observatory Group clearly articulated the Indigo Medical brand promise of “trusted innovation” to both the professional and consumer audiences through a variety of media. The success of the initiative was substantiated by a number of parameters. Most notably, within 12 months Indigo had secured a 50% market share and the brand had become synonymous with minimally invasive Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia procedure.
